The new site look is fresh and youthful without becoming child-like. I selected Images of children learning are featured for each section in the header, and close-up images of children having music related expericences on each sections' landing page. The new website is has a large percentage of their rental inventory available for preview online. Detailed technical data is available, since their customer base requires this information when making equipment choices. Featured on the home page is a javascript based slideshow highlighting the newest items in rental. One of the unique features created for this site are audio-inspired headers for each section of the website. Their niche is multi-camera production, both large scale production trucks and highly mobile "fly-packs", complete remote production in a series of cases that can fly anywhere and set up quickly. My task was to present all the myriad equipment and options, with limited high-quality images of all the gear and configurations. I instead represented this by creating a series of footer image banners showing details, rather than photos of cameras and other hardware.
